We Love the Academy Awards (and we hate them), but we also love Sunday Tastings at Silverlake Wine (no feelings of hate whatsoever for SLW), so we went ahead and did the tasting
last Sunday, thereby overlapping the awards. It’s okay though because we did get to see “The Cove” win for best doc, but also we were voting for “Food Inc”…. we highly recommend informing yourself by watching both.
Meanwhile it is my mission to promote your stomach to grumble in fury as I describe what Matt cooked up for Sunday. He roasted an entire side of Veal by the way…
