If the sun is not shining, make this cocktail and you will feel it’s warmth! Always a crowd pleaser, you can make it all year long!
Eastside Sunset (3.5 oz. total makes 1 cocktail)
.75 oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
.5 oz. Aperol
.5 oz. Rothman & Winter Apricot Liqueur
.25 oz. Rosemary syrup (recipe below)
1.5 oz. Gin
Lemon oil
Rosemary sprig

Rosemary syrup instructions
In a pot, combine equal parts superfine granulated bakers sugar, water, and rosemary. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 mins. Let cool and fine strain contents into a bottle.
Method: Combine ingredients into mixing glass or tin. Add ice, and shake hard for ten seconds. Fine strain into to a cocktail glass. Express the oils from a lemon peel and garnish with a rosemary sprig, and enjoy.
