What the heck, is it spring with these organic strawberries all over this inside out cake? Nope, it’s nearly Christmas and we’ve been getting beautifully ripe organic strawberries from down south in Fallbrook at a farm that is also a Bed and Breakfast. Say what? It’s called Blue Heron Farm and looks gorgeous. I’ve never been but it will be on my short list for 2014. For now, I am happy to enjoy their sweet strawberries.
