We’re back at LA Kitchen for their third class! Remember when Matt taught their second class how to make béchamel and tartines here? LA Kitchen continues to provide support for the three graduates we hired from that second class so of course we were down to come guest teach for their new group of students.
This time Matt was very ambitious to attempt to make fresh pasta and turn it into Carbonara in about an hour and a half, but, as hectic as it was (our normal), he and the students did it!
