Back at Absolute Elyx, this time for an event put on by Roe Caviar where our chef Matt created a special menu that had, yes, caviar on every plate. Very luxurious!
Things got kick started with small bites of appetizers and, of course, cocktails. Here’s a rundown of each course:

Isn’t this buffet so cute? I love the contrast of our rustic set-up with these dainty, girly little plates. Also the branding of Roe Caviar is part of the design rather than competes with it, and allows the food, drenched in Roe Caviar, to really pop and make your mouth water.
