Game faces on for this office party of 500. The theme was fun, circus kind of food for adults. Lady Liberty Events transformed a parking lot into a color sensation where food and drinks were everywhere.
There was a steady flow of appetizers as well as action stations and buffets. Of course, since it was after 5, there were several bars with colorful specialty cocktails.
We use fresh lobster tails for our Lobster Pops, and frying them onsite ensures that they are nice and crispy.
