One Heirloom LA Crostini Station is never the same as another.
This one is for Cal Tech back in March so ingredients are limited as we awaited the explosion of spring fruit. Lots of citrus, but please observe those pink cara cara oranges! Nothing to complain about there. Oh and they taste like candy so they are perfect with house made charcuterie.

All of our kitchen is carefully trained by our Chef Matt. The design of this stationary appetizer buffet varies as the changing faces of the chefs putting them together. Our Chef Matt was not at this event but it still has that sweeping kaleidoscope look about it, which is his signature set up.
