As Los Angeles vaccinates, events are coming back after a year in lock down. This birthday celebration was an elegant gathering accompanied by so much food and drinks which is the perfect way to communicate to guests that you want them to be happy and comfortable.
In addition to this raw bar, our servers offered guests tray passed appetizers for a couple hours before dinner. This time gave guests the opportunity to catch up and visit with one another.
As with most events in people’s homes, we set up our kitchen in the garage on carefully arranged tables mimicking a restaurant set up. This strategy has served us well for a dozen years, enabling us to build kitchens virtually anywhere without any problems. Building kitchens for this long, we can anticipate whatever mishaps can occur and we catch them before they happen. It’s the beauty of experience.
These crostini platters were made for the centerpieces of the table which saves on floral arrangements expense and waste.
It’s pretty cool to sit at a table and just nosh on a sweet strawberry or a bite of cheese with some house made jam.
