We love coffee around here and the smashing lads of Handsome Coffee Roasters graciously provide us with a plenty of it so Tad (Taz) brewed some up with sugar, froze it and then chipped it into ice blocks to dramatically fill each entire glass. Next he poured Sambuca over the ice so that on a hot summer evening the sweetened coffee melts it’s way into the Sambuca and manages to dazzle all involved.
Handsome knows how to roast coffee and Taz knows how to make drinks. Cheers to that!
